You can download our free Melva’s Pandemic Worrits Resource HERE! It’s a collection of things Melva has found helpful during the pandemic and you can use it to support the children in your life when they feel worrity.
"[My class] constantly ask me when we are playing it next! The children love the character of Melva. The format is engaging, the game is attractive, and it explores topics like anxiety in a relaxed and fun way.”"
- Participating Teacher
The one-stop resource to support children’s every day mental and emotional health, both in the classroom and for families to use at home.
Melva is a mountain-climbing, sweet-eating, eye-rolling ‘just-turned-11-year-old’.
She’s also had a bit of trouble battling with anxiety – or ‘worrits’ as she calls them – but has learned some ways to manage them, with help from her Grandpa, her niggling voice, Gideon, and some very unusual friends.
But then one day - just as life was starting to feel a bit less ‘worrity’ - Melva’s best friend, Barnabas Boggle, doesn’t turn up to meet her after school.
With Barnabas nowhere to be seen, Melva must follow the clues on her quest to get to the bottom of his disappearance. To do that, she’s going to need some help.
Do you know children who have got what it takes to be the ultimate Worrit Warrior?

In this interactive, online story, users work with the other members of Scratchicle Town to help Melva find her missing friend, Barnabas Boggle. They'll help Melva make good choices on her journey, and will complete games and activities along the way to make sure Melva's bad worrits don't get the best of her.
