We are launching a brand-new Youth Theatre group for children aged 5-7years in Ashington this Autumn.
Sessions take place at Ashington Family Hub on Mondays 16:00 - 17:00 during term time.
Over the last two years, we’ve had LOADS of requests from our Mortal Fools Ashington community, to start a group for children under 7 and we’ve decided to make it happen! We’ve been chatting to parents, carers, teachers and children themselves, about the types of things they’d like this group to offer and how it might support members through creativity!
This new group will be weekly, during term time, free to join and will take place at Ashington Family Hub.
Parents and carers can currently express an interest in a child joining this group by registering with Mortal Fools Youth Theatre.

For now, you can express a child’s interest in joining this new group by registering for Mortal Fools Youth Theatre. When we’re ready to live with our taster sessions, we will reach out to folks signed up with the taster dates.

- Get creative and have a go at different art forms.
- Make friends.
- Play drama games.
- Work with professional artists.
- Develop performance skills & confidence.
- Enhance communication skills.
- Have their voice and opinions heard.
