Join our team as our new Marketing & Communications Manager!
We’re after someone who has at least 3 years' experience, who can spot opportunities, turn ideas into bold campaigns, and measure what works. You’ll thrive working with partners, media and audiences and you’ll bring a deep understanding of audience development, accessibility, and the arts sector.

- Lead integrated campaigns across print, digital, PR and beyond
- Shape and share Mortal Fools’ story – from our youth theatre programmes to our innovative training and digital projects
- Grow our audiences, income and brand profile, reaching schools, communities, funders, partners and press
- Champion consistent, values-led communications across all platforms
- Guide and mentor our Marketing & Engagement Officer

Role: Marketing & Communications Manager
Salary: £32,000-£38,000 (depending on experience and capability)
Contract: Employed, permanent. Full-time (40 hours per week, with flexible working and some evening and weekend working essential.
Start Date: Ideally, we would like the successful candidate to start early in 2026 however we understand candidates may have other commitments; therefore, we can offer a phased start (e.g., working part time/flexibly initially) and/or consider a start date before the end of March 2026.
