Wellbeing Evaluation Toolkit – Launching 2024/25
We have developed a wellbeing evaluation toolkit, based on the PERMA Framework™, which will be a resource for teachers and education settings to use. This toolkit enables educators and folks supporting young people to measure wellbeing in their settings, enabling rich learning and the collection of impact data!
This development period has been supported by the Northumberland Local Cultural Education Partnership.
The PERMA model of wellbeing outlines five key pillars for flourishing:
P - Positive Emotion
E - Engagement
R - Relationships
M - Meaning
A – Achievement
Alongside the toolkit, CPD training and workshops will be available - to engage, enable, and empower teachers to effectively evaluate the journey of young people engaging in creative activities, and the impact these activities are having on their wellbeing.
