Join creative learning company Mortal Fools for a digital workshop session, focusing on developing emotional resilience in the workplace. We’ll explore the effect stress can have on our minds and bodies, and the most effective ways to complete our stress cycles and, in doing so, minimise the risk of burnout.
Through interactive activities and guided discussions, participants will learn practical strategies for recognising the early signs of burnout and building habits that foster emotional strength. The session is designed to be supportive and engaging, providing a safe space to share experiences and discover new approaches to emotional wellbeing.

CONNECT: Effective Challenging Conversations in the Workplace

Join Mortal Fools for a half-day practical training session to learn the techniques to confidently hold and structure intentional productive spaces and the tools to manage challenging interactions with individuals and in group situations.
Guided by experienced facilitators, we’ll share strategies that will build confidence and adaptability when navigating tricky dynamics or approaching difficult professional conversations. Participants will also explore techniques to establish trust, manage emotions and fear and ways of communicating with clarity and empathy and will leave the session with actionable insights and practical approaches to try in your workplace.
Note: We don’t use role play of any kind in our training.
