This full day leadership training with Mortal Fools promotes a creative attitude to leadership and is suitable for leaders at all levels. Across the day, we will work with you to explore what “good” leadership is, to reflect on your own authentic leadership style and to build a practice that is adaptable, responsive and evolutionary.
This session explores the relational dynamics inherent in leadership and supports you in both identifying and making the best use of your personal qualities, skills and attributes. This session is designed for those who recognise that good leadership is an essential component to empowering people; we will explore how you can do that by building trust, creating nurturing environments, empathising, listening, effective and authentic communication, investing in relationships and building connections.
